Athena 2327, including all characters, lore, factions, locations, vessels, equipment, creatures, artwork, story, and brand elements, is the original property of HatchFox Studios. All rights reserved.

3. Fan content

You may create and share fan art, fan fiction, cosplay, videos, streams, memes, and other non-commercial fan works based on Athena 2327. Credit HatchFox Studios and Athena 2327 as the source. We may feature or reshare fan work we find, without transferring ownership of it to us.

Fan content must not: be sold or otherwise monetised, claim to be official HatchFox Studios material, misrepresent the story or characters in a way likely to cause confusion, or infringe someone else's rights. HatchFox Studios retains all commercial rights to Athena 2327 (merchandise, adaptations, licensing, and similar) regardless of any fan content that exists.

4. Permitted use

You may view and share links to this archive for personal, non-commercial purposes, and create fan content under Section 3. Quotation for review, critique, or educational discussion is permitted with attribution.

5. Prohibited use

You may not scrape, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit any content from this archive without written permission. You may not use this site to harass, defame, or distribute unlawful material.

6. User-submitted content

Anything you submit via newsletter signup, contact forms, or community channels remains your property. By submitting, you grant HatchFox Studios a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and respond to your submission as necessary to operate the archive.
